Return Policy:
Returns can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in salable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Before sending anything, you must first email support@botrics.com and request an RMA number. Packages should be shipped prepaid and display the RMA number prominently. Products shipped COD or without an RMA will be returned to sender by our processing center. For warranty service of your product, please see the warranty information contained in the manual.
